How to begin a memoir with voice notes

Start with one place, one person and one moment. Add dates where you know them and flag memories that need checking.

2. Record what happened, where you were and who was there.
3. Check names, dates and relationships in the transcript.
4. Arrange the memories into a chapter outline.
